Wineries/Wine Tasting- Los Ranchos has four wineries within its borders, however, only two are open to the public. Both offer outstanding New Mexican wines.

Located at 4920 Rio Grande NW, Anderson Valley Vineyards was founded in 1973 by Maxie and Pattie Anderson. Visitors are welcome year round with tours offered each hour on the hour from 1-4PM. Open for tastings, sales, parties or just to enjoy the sunset, visitor hours are 12-5:30PM Tues - Sun (closed on major holidays). 505-344-7266.

Casa Rondeña Winery - A gracious Old World style winery located at 733 Chavez Rd. NW and known for its elegant Cabernet Franc. The sensuous adobe and stone buildings, shaded grounds, pond and vineyard, designed and built in an Andalucian/Moorish style, serve to create the ambiance of an older and slower time, when beauty was created for its own sake. Visitors are welcome to the Tasting Room Thursdays through Sundays from 1PM to 5PM, or by appointment. Tours available. 505-344-5911
