• Chef Mia Maes will sample some grilled items with herbs, answer your questions
about cooking with herbs and herb blends
* Herbalist Allison Alterman will sample herbal tea and answer questions
• Many vendors will have herb plants, fresh cut herbs, and dried herbs available

Pick-up a spring bouquet, a container garden, or assorted plants as well as great gourmet goodies and unique gifts. There are Market Bucks Gift Certificates available at the Info table that make a wonderful gift. Don't forget a hand-made card from Kathleen or Josie.
Great time to pick up veggie, herb and flower starts. Moonlight Gardens, Hand to Mouth, Corrales Garden Nursery,Tom Fay, Sharon, Masons, Lewandowskis, Los Poblanos Organics, and others will have a good selection. Remember the last frost date in the valley can come as late as May 15. Pick up your garden and bedding starts but monitor the weather (e.g. last week end was not fun - wind, snow, rain, and frost)
related to the tender starts.
Sharon will be back with her great rhubarb. Lloyd, the Figman, will have his
"hardiest Pomegranate bushes in the USA...minus 6 degrees"
Market tables may have:
peas, fresh herbs, mushrooms, root veggies, green onions, green garlic, edible flowers,
radishes, sSalad mix, stir-fry greens mix, arugula, cress, collards, chard, spinach, assorted greens, assorted micro greens, sorrel
Little Ranch Creamery, Nancy's jams/jellies, Lusty Monk Mustard, Los Osos Honey, Cravin' Cookies, Swiss Alps, Pasta Divina pasta and sauces,South Mountain Dairy, Duke's Raspberry products galettes, scones, biscotti, tartlets, mini-quiche, home-made granola, pesto, soup to go, caponata, and more. Fresh flowers, house plants, dried herbs, culinary herbal mixes, plant starts burritos, pastries, & hot posole, and more!
Arts and Crafters feature creative and unique gifts including:
Colorful yard art made from recycled materials: bird houses, walking canes, windchimes, benches, steel flowers. Wide variety of jewelry, spa soaps, lotions and candles. Original T-shirts, women and little girl clothing, handbags; scarves that are knitted, tie-dyed or embroidered. Traditional tin work, decorative and functional pottery, tiles, carved gourds, stained glass, watercolors, mosaic tables. Fabric projects and work done with wool felt. Greeting cards, origami, detailed paper-cuts; all handmade by NM artists.
Rita Ryan Pottery: 100% of Rita's pottery sales until June will be donated to the Lutheran Campus Ministries to assist with funding for their Hungry for Summer Kids Camp.

will host a demonstration of cycling on the green.
