Village Clerk
- Annabelle Silvas
Responsibilities
include: Attending and recording the proceedings of all Village
governmental meetings; retention and safekeeping of all permanent
village records; coordinating all aspects of village
elections including Voter Registration
and certifying the results. In addition, Annabelle also develops
the Agendas for Board Meetings, provides copies to the public, and handles personnel matters
(including benefits/insurance and risk management/safety issues).

and public records are available upon request from the Village
Clerk/344-6582, however, a reasonable fee may be charged.)

Assistant to the Mayor and Administrator - Shannon Zamarrón
Responsibilities
include: Handles scheduling for the Mayor and Administrator, web page updates, advertising for the Village Vision magazine, coordination of social networking efforts, assisting drop-in residents and business owners, and serves as the Court Clerk. |
